1. Information We Collect

When you use Dinkwize, we collect the following types of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and profile details you provide when creating an account.
  • Video Content: Game footage you upload for coach review. Videos are stored securely using Cloudflare R2 object storage.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and processing or review requests.
  • Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve our video coaching services.
  • Process videos through automated models, including Google Gemini, to detect and organize moments and prepare private work materials for an authorized coach.
  • Process coach-created audio and transcripts and, where enabled, use audio services such as ElevenLabs.
  • Facilitate private relationships between players and coaches.
  • Deliver only the Match Stories and feedback a coach chooses to share.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send notifications about processing status, coach feedback, and account updates.

3. AI Processing Disclosure

Dinkwize uses automated processing to help authorized coaches work with game footage. When a video is processed:

  • The video may be temporarily shared with Google's Gemini API for visual processing. Google's data handling policies apply to this processing.
  • Coach-created audio or scripts may be processed by audio or transcription providers when the coach uses those features.
  • Automated outputs are stored as private coach work materials. They are restricted to the assigned coach and specifically authorized support personnel, and are not shown directly to players. Players receive only content the coach chooses to deliver.

4. Data Storage and Security

  • Video files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with access controlled through signed URLs.
  • Account, review, and private processing data are stored in a secured PostgreSQL database.
  • All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption.
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Service Providers: Google (automated video and transcript processing), ElevenLabs (audio services where enabled), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (storage), and Vercel (hosting).
  • Coaches: The assigned coach can view the uploaded video, relationship details, and private work materials needed to prepare a review.
  • Authorized Support Personnel: Trained administrators may receive limited, logged access when needed to resolve a support or safety issue.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Download your data in a portable format.
  • Opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data and video files within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
